These services are carefully planned in advance, include accessory rentals from our growing inventory, and allow time for customized styling that highlights your property’s best features.

Our soft staging is furniture-free, making it an affordable alternative to traditional staging. By layering in art, greenery, textiles, and styling accents, we create spaces that feel welcoming, elevated, and camera-ready — without the cost or logistics of large furniture rentals.

We walk through the home (in person or virtually) to assess layout, lighting, and staging needs. We take notes, measurements, and photos.
We create a simple styling strategy — selecting key spaces to highlight and pulling from our accessory inventory or planning light sourcing if needed.
We return before the photography session to rearrange furniture (if needed), style rooms, hang art, and complete setup. You don’t have to lift a finger.
We leave items in place for your photography session and (depending on the package) during your listing or showings.
At the end of the rental period, we return to collect any accessories we brought in.
